The operational steps carried out by Alpemac Rigenera before putting a machine back on the market can be summarized in four main steps:
1. COMPLETE AESTHETIC AND FUNCTIONAL CHECK-UP
No sooner does a machine arrive at the Rigenera workshop than a thorough functional and aesthetic check-up is carried out. Thanks to this initial check-up, Rigenera technicians schedule the work to be carried out on the machine to make it as good as new.
Before starting the repair procedure of the functional and mechanical components, the machine is repainted, so that it also meets the aesthetic standards set by the Alpemac Rigenera protocol.
2. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF WORN OR FAULTY PARTS:
After a thorough inspection of the machine’s components, the next step is to repair or replace all damaged and non-functioning parts and components; by fitting new parts (original or fully compatible), our technicians eliminate any troublesome elements that prevented the machine from working properly.
3. INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND OPERATIONAL TESTS:
In this stage, Alpemac Rigenera’s technicians carry out a series of meticulous operational tests on the machine in operation in order to fully assess its performance. This allows them to check directly at each stage of the working cycle that the machine is working properly and does not require any further intervention.
4. FINAL CHECK-UP AND COMMERCIAL QUOTATION:
Once the operational phase and functional inspection of the reconditioned machine have been completed, our technicians run a complete final check-up.
Once the reconditioning process has been completed, the machine is ready to be commercially priced and put back on the market with a seal of quality.
